RESILIENCE--TRAININGS
For me, resilience doesn’t just mean coping with stress
– it means experiencing connection, acknowledging difficult emotions
and transforming them in ways that restore our capacity to act, together.
That’s why I offer resilience trainings that are transdisciplinary – combining tools from political education, artistic practice, and body-based methods.
What makes my approach unique
-
It understands resilience as a collective process, because we live in relationships:
in teams, networks, and communities.
-
It creates connection instead of pressure to optimize
– not a self-help hack, but a space for real transformation.
-
It draws on art-based and experimental methods,
allowing access to unconscious emotions such as fear or overwhelm.
-
It provides practical, everyday tools that have a lasting effect.
-
It focuses on long-term impact rather than quick fixes.
-
It offers reflection instead of ready-made answers – and encourages participants to find their own path forward.

Background & Experience
As transdisciplinary artist and educator (M.A.), I have developed and implemented programs for groups ranging from three to a hundred people—
including at internationally renowned art institutions, established festivals, and through teaching assignments at universities.
In public lectures delivered to audiences of several thousand, I explore the question of why resilience must be conceived and experienced collectively.
In 2021, I founded the nonprofit organization GÄNG e.V. and organized a nationwide educational tour on human rights. Through this, it became even clearer to me how great the desire is for concrete ways to deal with crises. That is why for GÄNG e.V. I now offer resilience trainings for young people—complemented by multi-year process consulting for organizations.
My work as a tattoo artist is, for me, part of the same practice: it demonstrates how fears, uncertainties and challenges can be transformed—not suppressed—into self-confidence, individuality, and joy for life. I often work freehand, trusting that the body itself dictates what wants to become visible.
This trust—including in transformation—is also at the heart of my resilience training.
A selection of institutions I have collaborated with in recent years can be found here.
