RESILIENCE--TRAININGS
Resilience is more than stress resistance. It is the key to ABUNDANCE.
Resilience is often equated with robustness or stress resistance.
Some definitions go further, describing it as the strength to emerge from crises even stronger.
I take it a step further:
For me, resilience is the ability not only to master challenges with clarity, but also to feel joy more intensely and achieve goals with greater ease.
In short: It enhances the quality of life in all areas and thus goes far beyond mere crisis management.

What makes my approach unique
I work with a transdisciplinary repertoire of methods. Why?
Because no person and no situation is the same.
Sometimes conversations don't lead anywhere, and a physical exercise creates clarity.
Sometimes art is the most direct way to resolve unconscious blocks.
And sometimes a scientific perspective is needed to understand patterns.
Therefore, I combine scientific insights with artistic and physical practices.
I developed this integrative approach in collaboration with psychologists, neuroscientists, human rights organizations, and universities -- and it has matured through years of practice.
My core principle: I never guide people in isolation from their environment -- whether in individual or group training. Because we all live in and from relationships with one another.

Benefits & what we can achieve together
-
Deeper Agency: Challenges are no longer perceived purely as threats, but as part of the shared growth process.
-
More Vitality in Everyday Life: The ability to consciously enjoy beautiful moments more and hold difficult emotions without suppression.
-
Strong, Trusting Connections: In teams, a new sense of community emerges through creative exchange, open communication, and shared learning processes.
-
Sustainable Change: Through reflection, personal and organizational patterns transform—for long-term power and success.

My Promise: No Standard Solutions
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all formulas. From my well-founded repertoire of methods, I develop tailor-made and individually coordinated guidance for each person and each team.

Formats
I tailor every format precisely to your or your team's needs—online or in person.
The following frameworks are guidelines we can adjust together.
-
Lecture & Interactive Input
A compact and stimulating introduction. Perfect for conferences, team days, or as a thematic kick-off. Often with a specific focus, e.g., on emotional safety or transformative team culture.
-
Compact Session (3-4 hours)
A focused space to practically explore a specific topic. We work with directly applicable methods to strengthen group or self-awareness and find initial pathways to solutions.
-
In-Depth Seminar (1 day)
Time for reflection and integration. We dive deeper to understand individual or collective patterns and establish sustainable impulses for practice.
-
Process Guidance (1-3 months) or Multi-Part Formats
For profound and lasting change. In regular sessions over several weeks or months, I guide you or your team in resolving blocks and anchoring a new capacity for action in everyday life.

Background & Experience
As transdisciplinary artist and educator (M.A.), I have developed and implemented programs for groups ranging from three to a hundred people—
including at internationally renowned art institutions, established festivals, and through teaching assignments at universities.
In public lectures delivered to audiences of several thousand, I explore the question of why resilience must be conceived and experienced collectively.
In 2021, I founded the nonprofit organization GÄNG e.V. and organized a nationwide educational tour on human rights. Through this, it became even clearer to me how great the desire is for concrete ways to deal with crises. That is why for GÄNG e.V. I now offer resilience trainings for young people—complemented by multi-year process consulting for organizations.
My work as a tattoo artist is, for me, part of the same practice: it demonstrates how fears, uncertainties and challenges can be transformed—not suppressed—into self-confidence, individuality, and joy for life. I often work freehand, trusting that the body itself dictates what wants to become visible.
This trust—including in transformation—is also at the heart of my resilience training.
A selection of institutions I have collaborated with in recent years can be found here.
